Some comments about the tours from satisfied customers…..

International Brigader Bob Doyle and American friends outside the Paper Mill, Marca. 27th October 2008.

Officers of XV Brigade outside the Paper Mill with the newly appointed commander of the Brigade, Major Valledor. 7th June 1938.

“Alan offers bespoke tours of the battlefields and surrounding areas for a very reasonable price and one could not possibly wish for a more knowledgeable and personable character to be your guide. In fact as a non-Catalan speaker, my entire trip would have been in vain without Alan there to translate and interpret.” J.W. 24/10/09.

Both Sabrina and I think that the tour we took with you was the best tour we have taken or will ever take. The history was fantastic and the food was out of this world. M.L. 16/11/09

The trip was personal, political and educational. We learned a lot of history and information about the battles and under Alan Warren’s guidance the war came alive.  It brought the war to a very intimate level, remembering our family, friends and loved ones who gave support, and lives, to a cause in which they believed:  the defeat of fascism. Just returned to work today (Mon). The trip to Spain was fabulous and Alan Warren was a gem. Have so much to tell you. J.F.  6/7/09

With best wishes to you and Merce, and renewed thanks for a very moving and interesting trip. D.E. 27/5/09

Just a note to record another big thankyou to you both for all your efforts and hospitality during the past two weeks. We are now in the throws of digesting all our experiences and sharing them with others. R.C. 4/7/09
